OUR BREADS

We operate a small batch bakery specializing in hand-crafted sourdough breads and pastries. Our breads are made with the freshest flour possible, stone-milled in house by our team of bakers, leavened without the use of commercial yeast, and baked in our wood fired oven.

OUR FLOURS

We source our grains directly from small family farms in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. We use stone milling to crush whole grains into fresh, flavorful and nutritious flours. We sell flours for every baking project - breads, pastries, pastas and more! Milled to order and available in 4-lb and bulk sizes.
